We are 1 year old! Wooohooo! Thank you to all the support and love from the community! Too many to mention individuals and organizations to thank!
Our meetups are open to public and there is no fee to become a member. Games are casual but we recommend everyone to be competitive and observe the tournament rules if you can. We value kindness, inclusivity and sportsmanship. Please be respectful of the venue and other people during our meetups.
We have limited chess boards and clocks so if you cam any please bring your own set. Although the meetups are free, we will welcome financial donations to help operate the club and buy some food and drinks for the members. E-transfers can be sent to canmorechessclub@gmail.com. Again, financial donations are not mandatory.
